TERMS AND CONDITIONS — TRAVELATO / TROLLA LTD

1. OPERATOR
Travelato is a brand owned and operated by Trolla LTD, Kazakhstan BIN 220440048539, registered at Erubaeva 53, Astana, Kazakhstan. These terms apply to traveltoeu.agency and to services contracted with Trolla LTD.

2. SERVICES AND AGREEMENTS
Travelato assists recruitment agencies, employers and eligible applicants with international employment coordination, employment documents, visa application preparation, residence permit assistance, company incorporation, eligible ready-made company acquisitions and related documentation. The exact service, destination, required documents, price, estimated timeline, responsibilities and refund conditions are defined in a written agreement. If the agreement conflicts with this website, the signed agreement governs.

3. AUTHORITY AND EMPLOYER DECISIONS
Embassies, immigration authorities, border authorities, banks, registries, employers and other independent institutions make their own decisions. Trolla LTD does not guarantee visa issuance, residence approval, border entry, banking approval, company licensing or any other third-party decision. Where available, Travelato may assist with an appeal following a refusal or provide a refund according to the signed agreement.

4. TROLLA LTD COMMITMENTS
Trolla LTD guarantees the authenticity and agreed delivery time of documents that it directly supplies. Most document-preparation services are estimated at 5–30 working days after all required information and payment are received, unless a different period is stated in the agreement. For contracted employment programs, Travelato coordinates the position and employment contract before arrival, subject to visa issuance and employer confirmation. Airport meeting and basic settlement support are included for successfully placed workers, including accommodation coordination, local guidance and SIM-card assistance.

5. REFUNDS
The customer may agree to an extended document deadline or request a refund if Trolla LTD does not supply the agreed documents within the contractual deadline or if the authenticity of documents supplied directly by Trolla LTD cannot be confirmed. An approved full refund includes all payments made for the affected service and is normally completed within 5–20 working days. Refusal, cancellation, false information, missing documents or non-cooperation are handled according to the signed agreement.

6. CUSTOMER AND AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers and agencies must provide accurate, complete and lawful information; submit requested documents on time; review contracts and application materials; attend required appointments; and comply with immigration, employment, tax and other applicable laws. Trolla LTD may suspend or terminate a service where information appears false, unlawful or unsafe.

7. VACANCIES, SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Vacancies are subject to continuing employer confirmation. Salary, hours, accommodation, meals, deductions and other working conditions must be stated in the worker’s employment contract. Travelato coordinates employer and candidate communication but does not guarantee salary payments made by an independent employer unless Trolla LTD expressly accepts that obligation in a signed agreement.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Services may involve employers, agencies, lawyers, translators, couriers, payment providers and government authorities. Trolla LTD is responsible for its own contractual commitments but is not responsible for delays or decisions outside its reasonable control, except where the signed agreement provides a refund or another remedy.

9. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Website information is general and may change as vacancies, prices, laws and authority procedures change. It is not a substitute for individual legal, tax or immigration advice. Users may not misuse, copy commercially, disrupt or unlawfully access the website or its content.

10. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy published on traveltoeu.agency. By submitting information, the customer confirms that they are authorized to provide it for the requested service.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
