In 2020 we have faced major situations due to COVID basis. We was able to survive, even though not many have done that. Since that period, we start to diversify & actively scale our chain of providers, and list of partners.

It has worked well up until 2024, when our providers started to make issues, nor first countries like Hungary and Portugal started to make big changes in the immigration policies. We decided to continue our work, even we already faced some issues. While facing those issues, we again continued to expand and scale with list of providers & employees. Still we survived.

But in 2025, we faced a higher volume of issues which are totally unacceptable in any type of business and in this business priorly. We faced with dishonest partners, scams, processing delays, hideouts. Through whole 2025-2026 we was managing all this previous parts, while trying to find a working direct route in place, as most of our direct employers was already full with employees. This search been done same time when rest of EU countries started to make changes in the migration policies - which wasn't helping as much same time.

While having this issues, most of you have faced a payment delays, schedule changes & shady answers from us, we sincerely apologize for that, as our main target was to fix the primary issues and find a way out. Some of you we offered as options to change the pipeline, for some of partners it worked, for some it is not.

Same time when we started to have that issues, in 2026 we decided to change the policy of price from advance to after visa for high ticket prices. It was supposed to give as more flexibility with the work and previous issues solutions. Unfortunately, it didn't go well as well, as most of this deals we didn't received any payment after works was done, or we didn't get a positive outcome from documents.

With that being said, after having last months high on issues, pressure, tension & headaches, I decided to suspend the services of the company. As any plans which we tried last 8 months haven't worked well to be enough to finance and control the issues. While most of the time of ours was fixed in this issue setting.

I think it is never bad to say the real situation, give the transparent response and to accept your own mistakes. We've been working in this business for long, that's why also we was trying to catch and hold on this project over and over. Yes, we failed to continue. Yes, we wasn't able to fix all the issues timely with less harm. Yes, we need to stop due to all of this, as each another month of focusing on this project and staying in this position is just giving us more issues to be resolved and more losses.

From 2018 up to 2026 we have received more than 1000+ permits, hundreds of the people was employed from various countries. We have worked with partners from Kazahstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka,

We are not planning to resume the services after time. As we have faced many issues and high risks we got, we don't want to get in this field anymore.
In case you want to work, we will only stay in work to provide your people to our vacancies in Lithuania or Latvia from inside Europe only. The other type of invitation or any extra documentation work is not in scope of our interest anymore.

No, we are not. As mentioned above, we will close the WhatsApp only after the issues of all parties are resolved. Since 2018 we haven't banned or suspended any service from our side, nor we never left person with the balance unpaid. Many of our previous customers can prove that.

No we are not planning to bankrupt the company, as this will be shady to look a like for the partners. Since legally after bankruptcy started, all the suppliers need to apply our liabilities to them in short period.
So we will not apply for bankruptcy or company dissolve until the 2028 year. If we will face any way of abuse on us, we may change our decision, as we would like that to be transparent way in this situation. Since 2018 we haven't got any verified bad review or dispute, as we was always following our statements.

For the last 8 years we was able to start some projects outside of immigration and recruitment business, this are our main focuses right now, which in result:
1) Giving as option to suspend this project which taking a lot of time;
2) Take more efforts in currently working projects;
3) Create a refinancing options to all the current refunds in process.

Yes, due to high demand on this refunds as of primary projects suspended it will occur in some timelines changes.
