How it works?

Contract. We sign a contract with you to determine the services to be provided.

Determining a company's direction. We will help you define the core business of the co-founder. Also the establishment of capital and the provision of supporting documents.

Document confirmation. The constituent documents shall be signed by all participants and certified by a notary. This can be done in person or electronically.

After registration, the company documents are provided. Any bank or payment-account application is separate and subject to independent compliance approval.
